The company wishing
to take part in the exhibition shall forward its application to the Organizer
before 20 September 2008, after which it will be registered as the Exhibitor.

The Participation
Cost includes: registration fee, exhibition space and additional services.
Exhibitors can
select: a) space only;
b) standard equipped stand
Exhibition space
cost: 1 sqm of Space
Only is 90 EURO

The minimum limit of
space provided is 6 sqm.
Registration
fee
The
registration fee is 70 EURO and includes meal, coffee-beaks, for one
representative from the Exhibitor part.
Space Only
includes exhibition space, general security, lightning, floor covering,
cleaning of gangways and general advertising.
Standard
Equipped Stand includes exhibition space with a stand shell, general
advertising, general security and cleaning of the exhibition, lightning, floor
covering, a fascia board bearing a company name, a table and two chairs, a
waste paper basket and electrical plug.
The Exhibitor
can order additional equipment and furniture. In this case a price for 1 sqm
depends on the changes. The price for additional service will be discussed with
each client individually.
